I already have my CONNECT account. How do I add a mobile phone number or email address?

If you have an existing email address and want to add a mobile phone number:

  1. Go to connect.telenordigital.com, click on “Switch to email” and sign in to your CONNECT account using your existing email address.
  2. Click on "Edit" under "My phone numbers".
  3. Enter the mobile phone number then click on "Save".
  4. To verify your mobile phone number, we will send you a verification code via SMS. Enter the verification code in the verification code field.

If you have an existing mobile phone number and want to add an email address:

  1. Go to connect.telenordigital.com and sign in to your CONNECT account using your existing mobile phone number.
  2. Click on "Edit" under "My email addresses".
  3. Enter the email address, repeat the email address in the next field, then click on "Save".
  4. We will send you a verification email with a verification link in it. Click on the link to verify your email address.

If you are unable to sign in but still want to add a mobile phone number or email address, please contact Customer Support.
