My mobile phone number has changed. Can I still keep and use my CONNECT account?

Yes, you can still use CONNECT. If you have an email address and a password:

  1. Sign in with your email address and password to My CONNECT account
  2. Follow the same steps under the section How do I change or add a mobile phone number?

If you have an email address but no password yet:

  1. Sign in with your email address to My CONNECT account.
  2. We will automatically send you an email with a link to add/change your password.
  3. Follow the same steps under the section How do I change or add a mobile phone number?

If you do not have an email address, please contact Customer Support.
