Why am I not able to sign in?

  • Check that you are using the correct and valid mobile phone number or email address to sign in.
  • If you are signing in with a mobile number, check that the country code is correct.
    Use the following format, for example, +60 xxxxxxxx for Malaysian phone numbers.
  • If you have forgotten your password, enter your mobile phone number or email address and click on "Sign in". If the account exists, the password field will appear. Then click on the "Forgotten password?" link found below the password field.
  • If you still can’t sign in, please contact Customer Support
